Jubilee 2025 was marked in the Diocese of Reno on December 29, 2024 with a procession from Our Lady of Wisdom Newman Center to St. Thomas Aquinas Cathedral, where Mass was celebrated with Bishop Daniel Mueggenborg.  The Jubilee Year 2025 is the 2,025th anniversary of the Incarnation of our Lord. The message surrounding Jubilee 2025 is Pilgrims of Hope.

The Jubilee Crucifix was received at St. Thomas Aquinas Cathedral. 

On December 24, 2024, Pope Francis opened the Holy Doors at St. Peter’s Basicala in Rome. Many parishes around the world followed.
