We focus on our relationships with God\, our families\, and our community. Our world today offers limited encouragement for us to become the\nmen that God intends us to be.     \nOur current program is entitled All Things New. Christ did not say\, “Behold\, I make new things.” He said\, “Behold\, I make all things new.” A new day is dawning for Catholic men. Now is our hour! The future of the world and the Church is happening on our watch. His mercy is new every morning. A new hope is rising! Do something NEW in your life\nand join us. \nWhether you have never attended a session or are a long-time participant\, NOW is the time to engage and be active. \nWe meet every Wednesday morning in the Gathering Room located across the parking lot from the Church. We have a light breakfast. We experience content that is inspirational and impactful. Then\, we discuss and faith share beginning at 7:00\, and you will be on your way to your day promptly at 7:30am. \nTMIY is a great opportunity for Men to grow spiritually\, share experiences\, and form bonds with other men. The theme for the month of December with America Needs Fatima (americaneedsfatima.org) is to ‘Keep Christ in Christmas\,’ so the Holy Rosary will be focused on this intention for imploring grace & mercy from the Almighty to spare us from secularism. DESCRIPTION:  \nPASTORAL JUVENIL CELEBRATES “LAS POSADAS” \n“Joseph also went from the town of Nazareth\nin Galilee to Judea\, to the city of David\ncalled Bethlehem\, because he was\ndescended from the house and family\nof David” or “There was no place for\nthem in the inn”. (Luke 2:4-5) \n“Las Posadas” are a Hispanic tradition from the first evangelization. The\nmissionaries taught the first converts to prepare for Christmas by praying an\n“Awaiting Novena”. In time\, this novena was enriched with elements of catechesis\nwhich acquired a deep and prayerful meaning given by the people. \n“Las Posadas” which means inn or lodging\, is the beautiful and touching\ncommemoration of Mary and Joseph’s journey to Bethlehem and their search for\nshelter prior to the birth of Christ. Today\, many immigrants worldwide seek a more\ndignified life for their families. They often leave their homes in search of better\nopportunities\, facing challenges such as language barriers\, discrimination\, and\neconomic instability. As the family of Nazareth\, they navigate these and numerous\nother challenges\, facing uncertainties and hardships\, all to aim and ensure a\ndignified future for their families. \nTheir courage and determination reflect a deep commitment to improving their\ncircumstances and achieving a life filled with hope and dignity. This journey often\ninvolves sacrifices and an incredible amount of resilience as they adapt to new\ncultures while holding onto their identities. Ultimately\, their stories are a testament\nto the universal desire for a better life and the lengths they are willing to go to\nsecure it for their loved ones. \nDuring our Posada celebration\, we honor and pray for them as we celebrate their\nnew country’s gifts\, talents\, and faith. It’s also a time for us to reflect on our role as\na community in supporting these families\, whether it’s through advocacy\, providing\nresources\, or simply offering a welcoming environment.
