Are all paths to God valid?

No

Jesus said clearly that He alone is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and that no one can come to the Father except through Him. While there may be elements of truth within other religions, they fundamentally stop short of leading people to the Father through the Son.

Having said that, God does desire all people to be saved and so it is possible, in a way known only to God, that individuals following other religious paths can experience the grace of salvation so long as: they are inculpably ignorant of the Gospel; they care about knowing who God is and seeking Him; and they are trying to live according to the light of their conscience assisted by the grace God is giving them. This disposition is known as implicit faith, and implies that an individual would willingly and eagerly accept the Gospel if it were presented to them.
